At The Grind Baseball and Softball Facility, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier training experiences. To ensure the smooth operation of our programs and uphold our commitment to excellence, the following policy applies to all lessons and training sessions:

  1. Non-Refundable Payments
    All payments made for lessons, training packages, and sessions are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it secures your scheduled time with our coaches, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  2. Non-Transferable Lessons
    Lessons and training sessions are non-transferable. Purchased sessions are valid only for the athlete who booked the training and cannot be transferred to another individual, family member, or friend.

  3. Full Payment Required Upfront
    All payments for lessons, packages, and training sessions must be made in full at the time of booking. No sessions will be reserved or confirmed without full upfront payment.

  4. Expiration of Lessons
    All purchased lessons and packages must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Any sessions not completed within this time frame will expire and cannot be refunded or credited.

  5. No Exchanges for Credit
    Lessons and packages cannot be exchanged for credit towards other services, products, or future sessions. Once purchased, lessons must be used as intended within the specified time frame.

  6. Cancellation of Lesson
    Please cancel no later than 12 hours prior to start of lesson. If you are to cancel with less than 12 hour notice, your card/package will be charged.
