2025 Fall Schedule

 
  • SESSION 1

    Dates: November 26 – December 20
    Duration: 4 Weeks

    Designed to build arm strength, throwing accuracy, and healthy mechanics for developing players.

    Wednesdays, 5–6 PM OR Saturdays, 2–3 PM 

    Price: $225

  • This is our 16-week program, designed to build strength, consistency, and arm health throughout the winter season.

    Program Details:

    • Dates: November 17 – March 8 (16 weeks)

    • We recommend committing to the full 16 weeks to get the most out of the program.

    • Payment Options: Monthly payments or packages (1x, 2x, or 3x per week)

    • Age Groups: Separate Middle School and High School slots — please register for the correct group.


    Monday–Thursday

    • High School: 3 PM, 4 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM

    • Middle School: 5 PM, 6 PM

    Friday

    • High School: 3 PM, 4 PM

    Saturday

    • Middle School: 9 AM, 1 PM

    • High School: 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM

    PLAYERS WILL BENEFIT FROM…

    ✅ Bullpens as needed, based on each athlete’s pitching schedule

ABOUT THE ARM BARN

Our Arm Barn program is semi-private developmental pitching/throwing platform. The Arm Barn is split between JR (ages 8-12) and ELITE (ages 13 and up).

WHAT THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON:

  • General Throwing Mechanics

  • Pitching Mechanics + Command

  • Specific Pitch Grips (Fastball/Off-Speed)

  • Velocity Training

  • Mental/Competitive Mindset Training

  • Mobility, Stability and Conditioning

  • ARM CARE Routines (Pre + Post Throwing)
